Condo Options

The Full Condo area includes a Studio and 1-Bedroom, and may be rented separately or combined into one for the whole family.
Studio rental is ground level, with one queen bed, one pullout, full kitchen, dining area and bathroom.
One-Bedroom rental covers the 2nd and 3rd floor, including 2 queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen area, and eat-in nook.
Full condo rental includes all 3 floors, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 eating areas and 2 kitchen areas. Ground level also has walk out patio with Adirondack chairs.

Two-night minimum for any of the options.
No refunds on cancellations within 30 days of arrival date.
Check in after 3pm and check out at 10am.
Check in and out will the Hospitality Building front desk (near Matty B's Restaurant) with driver's license and credit card for incidentals and cleaning fee ($175) to be paid at checkout. Check out will occur at the same desk.
Room key provides access to the room and all of the property amenities.
